ADVENTURELAND'S ADVENTURE BAY | PARK UPDATE 06.09.12
Here is the entrance to the newest addition to the park.
There is a new gift shop on the left and the there is a
new cabana office on the right. Along with a break room.
Let's move on into the main area.
On the right is a new concession stand - Grub Hub.
On the left is a new restroom/changing room.
There is a new kiddie activity pool called
Shipwreck Shores at the back of the new area.
It also features a kid-friendly swim up bar
called Pint Sized Pub. It was pretty popular.
The Pirate Ship at Shipwreck Shores.
Another major addition this year is the cabanas.
These are the deluxe cabanas which feature TVs.
The main addition in the new area is Breaker Beach
It is being billed as Iowa's largest wavepool.
The wavepool features an extreme wave session that
alternates with a mild wave session following a break.
The wavepool is an awesome addition to an already great
waterpark. I think Adventureland is going to have a great
year attendance-wise this season. Go check it out!
