BELMONT PARK | Trip Report 04.12.09
Welcome to the 3rd park on my 5th day of our Californication Coaster Quest
BELMONT PARK at MISSION BEACH
The main reason anyone comes here, besides the beach, is this roller coaster.
This is the Big Dipper, known for its "Pepto Bismol" Pink paint job.
Considering how old the coaster is, it is amazing how good of shape it is in.
This coaster is only one of the rides at this park though.
However, it is still the main draw to the park.
How can you not like curves?
The park is also home to a Chaos.
...and this Sidewinder ride.
The park is open late, so I took in the sights at night as well.
