Welcome to the fifth park on our "DEEP SOUTH" trip
CAROWINDS!

We finally made it to this Cedar Fair park after all these years.

That means we only have CGA left to visit out of the CF parks now.

We started off our stay at the park with the coaster I've been
wanting to ride ever since it was built - Top Gu... um, Afterburn.

There are a lot more "Top Gun" decorations still at this ride
when you compare it to Kings Island's former Top Gun.

Was a little surprised how noisy the lift was on this coaster.

The vertical loop had massive G-forces, which was awesome.

This roll was pretty cool, it seemed like it was taken very slow.

Afterburn has a neat air time hill coming over the lift.

Brake run area and photo hut.
