My only complaint is that the crank to make the gun work really wears
your arm out very quickly and it is impossible to switch arms to control it.
Still a lot of fun, but it would be nice to be able to switch arms.
I think my favorite area of the course is when you can fire at another
raft that is also on the course. There are 3 instances where this occurs.
After changing back into our dry clothes, I went and watched Doc Gizmo.
This show took place in the Dockside Theatre and involved science experiments.
Here he is showing Newton's 1st Law of Motion.
When he light gas bubbles on fire was probably my favorite part of the show.
After many years and many requests, SDC and CBS finally are offering the
episodes of the Beverly Hillbillies that were filmed at SDC on a DVD.
This is a great collector's item and a lot of fun to watch.
Just a small portion of all the 50th anniversary items that are on sale.
That concludes my report from opening weekend. The finally tally
was 14.5K guests on Friday. There were around 13K on Thursday. Not bad.
