SILVER DOLLAR CITY - WORLD FEST | Trip Report 04.11.10

Welcome back to Silver Dollar City.

The park is currently celebrating WORLD FEST.

The main square area is decorated in flags from different nations.

The first ride of the day would be Wildfire.

The park was pretty much dead so there was no line for the ride.

Wildfire was a great way to "wake up" (it was just barely after 10am).

Ecuador Manta was performing down by the book shop at the bottom of Hill Street.

Over by the Rib House they had some booths set up with souvenirs from
around the world - including this one that had marionettes..

The other booth in the area had baskets and other similar items.

One of the two acts performing at the Boatworks Theatre was a harp player
named Dearbhail (pronounced Dearval) Finnegan from Ireland.
