This was the original house used by the Wollersheim family.
Up there are the grapes used for their famous ice wine.
The grapes are harvested right after the first hard freeze
this allows ice crystals to still be in the grapes when processed.
Speaking of processing, here are some of the huge bins.

The winery's next big project is brandy.
Here we have several barrels of chardonnay aging.
The wall of barrels is so photogenic.
They had a "cut out" on one barrel to show the chardonnay aging.

Prarie Fume - a yummy white wine, really sweet.
Prairie Sunburst Red - a really strong fruity tasting wine
Blushing Rose - a soft pink wine that was my favorite.
River Gold - a dessert white wine that had a light taste.
