Knuckleheads at Wisconsin Dells Trip Report -- 07.26.08


 So we FINALLY made it to Mt. Olympus after years of wanting to go.



We started off "conquering" the park by going to the waterpark



This slide complex had some of the worst ride ops in the world.
We gave up waiting on the "family raft slides" and did one trip
on the racing slides and moved on.



We decided to check out the indoor waterpark part next.



These rides were a little better with capacity and we rode all
four slides in there and moved on. Nothing too exciting in here.



Next stop was the River Troy, which is said to be the fastest
lazy river in the world -- isn't that contradictatory?



We skipped this wave pool since we knew we would be hitting
"THE Wavepool" later on in the day.



These slides reminded me a lot of Diamondhead at Oceans of Fun.
Didn't really understand the need for mats to ride down on though.



Fun short slides on the island in the middle of the older lazy river.



Tadem raft slides, which were not overly exciting by our books.
