Harvest Festival (SDC)

Welcome to the National Harvest Festival at Silver Dollar City

A couple of neat features at this year's festival include one of the original stagecoaches used at the park. It has been completely restored and was recently on tour.

You used to be able to ride on the stagecoach at the park.  It was located down Hill Street near where the Saloon and Lumbercamp is now.

The other important part of this year's festival is Mrs. Violet who turned 100 years old this year.  She has been a fixture at the festival since it first started.

The larges wheel of the lathe is always impressive looking.

Some of the decorations around the square.

This cute little guy was working hard today.

Horse Creek was the house band for the Barn Dance.

The huge cornucopia was moved down near Thunderation this year

Cowboy Emporium is taking place in the Frisco Barn

Lots of neat Cowboy inspired artwork is for sale here.

Lots of neat things to look at and buy

Sons of the Silver Dollar have taken residency at the Gazebo for the festival

The main show again this year is the Wild West Show at the Red Gold

There were lots of entertaining acts

Congratulations on another successful Harvest Festival, SDC!
