Adventureland

Welcome to Adventureland

Adventureland's front area is set up like Disneyland

They even have a main street area

Let's get in line for the park's new rollercoaster - MONSTER

The ride starts with a beyond vertical first drop

The first element after the first drop is this crazy curve

The ride gets down to business next with this hill/loop combination

The coaster features some moments of airtime as well

There are at least 3-4 inversions depending on what you count as inversion

It is a very twisted layout

It is a great addition to the park.  I hope it brings in lots of people this year

Let's move into the County Fair section and ride Storm Chaser

Also in this section is TORNADO

Tornado is the park's original wooden coaster

The layout is your classic out-and-back and features moments of airtime

Back in the Outlaw Gulch section you find this great flat ride - Sidewinder

There is also this unique water ride called Saw Mill Splash

Here's the other wooden coaster in the park - OUTLAW

Outlaw features a lot of curves during it's course

The next section of the park is Dragon Island home of the DRAGON

Dragon features two loops in a row after the initial drop

This area is also home to the Himalaya

The River Town section features the Lighthouse

You can also find the Lady Luck

The main attraction in this section is the Raging River

Near the Monster is this unique indoor coaster - the UNDERGROUND

The coaster is more of a scenic railway and most of it is in the dark

The final section of the park is the Midway.
It is anchored by this relatively large Giant Skywheel

The park's Der Flinger is left over from a former Alpine section the park had

Tea Cups

Splash Over - it's a type of knock off TopSpin ride

Galleon

Falling Star - there are not many of these left

Space Shot

Inverter

The final ride of the day was the Sky Ride - which goes through the new Monster

This is such a great park.  I always have a good time here.

Adventure Bay

Welcome to Adventure Bay - Adventureland's water park

The first attraction you see is the original.  This is Kokomo Kove

This waterfortress was the original piece of the Adventure Bay expansion

Next is the Bermuda Quadrangle.  It features 4 tube slides.
Topsy Turvy, Bowl, Enclosed and Half Enclosed/Open.

Typhoon is a multi-person raft slide that has a medium top halfway through

Carribean Cruiser is the park's lazy river

It circles around the middle of the park

Here is more of the lazy river over on the Western side of the park

In the middle of the park (and encircled by the lazy river) is the Sand Bar Pool
Another look at the Sand Bar Pool area

Here you can see the Reef Racer (6-lane mat racer slides) and
the speed racers (Pirates Plunge - red/white/blue and Gangplank - green)

There is a large sunbathing area at the park of the park.
In the distance you can see the kiddie pool area

Breaker Beach Wave Pool has two different programs it runs.
One features gentle waves while the other has more intense waves

Adventure Bay is a great waterpark.  Though I feel that its popularity has
created a need for additional capacity.  Hopefully more slide can be added soon
