The Boardwalk has a historic section that debuted in 1907

This area features shops, concessions, arcade and a huge indoor mini-golf.  Also this is the home to Laffing Sal - she's just creepy

You can still catch the brass ring and throw it at the clown target on this classic carousel

This is a classic dark ride that is actually kind of creepy in some sections

The star of the Boardwalk is the Giant Dipper

Celebrating over 100 years in service.  This classic still delivers the thrills

Cave Train Adventure

This indoor train ride takes you back in time to see the park's mascot cave people

Sky Glider takes you from one end of the Boardwalk to the other

Be on the lookout for the two cave people also riding

Yes there really is a Beach.  The water is freezing though.

First coaster of the day would be Hurricane

Time to head up the lift

This small compact coaster really packs a punch

I like how it is elevated above the main path

The 1911 Loof Carousel is one of the park's historic rides

While riding you can collect rings to throw into the clown's mouth

If you collect the brass ring, you get a free ride.  Pretty cool.

Yes, it is a kiddie coaster, but it's on a cliff

For the record - the water was FREEZING

All right.  Time for the main event

This ride has been on my bucket list for awhile

There is the famous sign over the end tunnel

The ride was a lot of fun

It was smooth and full of air time pops

It's a really beautiful coaster too

I seriously could not get enough of this ride
