New Years Eve (SFSTL)
It's the last blast of the season at Six Flags St. Louis. Everyone is packing the Batman Plaza area for the countdown to the New Year
This place is packed.
Happy New Year - it's firework time!!!
It's been a great season of thrills -- we'll see you in 2020
Park Update (SFSTL)
While Xcalibur never opened this season, it made a lot of progress towards the end
Official word from the park is that it will be back and operating next season, which is awesome as it has been SBNO for almost two entire seasons now
While Xcalibur is making a comeback, Tidal Wave was not as lucky. A new sign has been posted stating that the news of Tidal Wave's demise is true.
They didn't waste any time ripping it out either.
Also, get used to seeing this big white wall for awhile. Currently there are no plans to put a new attraction here any time soon.
They even tore out the load building and the queue line and entrance. While it was impossible to get a photo of the area from the ground. SkyScreamer provided views of the area and it is completely flat now. Nothing is left.
The lift and turn of Tidal Wave should be in this photo. It is crazy to see this area so vacant.
Catwoman Whip (SFSTL)
We have some land clearing at the site for the new Catwoman Whip. It'll be interesting to see how this area is developed next season

Holiday in the Park - Shows (SFSTL)
SHOWS
Performing on the Fountain Stage is Holiday Harmonies an acapella quartet
Performing in Sound Stage 2 is A Christmas SCarol, an improv version of the classic Dicken's Christmas Carol. This cast of two provide a lot of laughter during the course of the show
The crew from Miss Kitty's Saloon is back for some Christmas fun with the all-new Miss Kitty's Christmas show
In the Empire Theatre, the Tinseltones provided some tight harmony while performing 50s style Christmas selections
The main production, again this year, is The Majesty of Christmas performing in the Palace Theater
This show incorporates a lot of animal actors
If you sit on crowd right in the theater, the animals will pass right by you if you sit near the aisle
The show also features a flying angel
The main star arrives - yes the camel.
It is an excellent musical production
On the Palace Porch, the Magic of Christmas Light Show performs every 20 minutes through out the evening
This dancing light show features 5 trees of light that dance to different Christmas tunes
Holiday in the Park is a lot of fun at Six Flags St. Louis
Holiday in the Park (SFSTL)
Welcome to Holiday in the Park at Six Flags St. Louis
The park's main Christmas tree is immediately inside the front gate
It's time to spot the oversized Christmas ornaments around the park. This one is on the stage near Batman
This one is over by the train bridge near Batman
This one is near Colossus
There's another one in front of the Empire Theater
The largest ornament is next to Xcalibur.
Hi, by the way, I realized that I haven't actually been in most of our reports this year. Hope you had a great season of thrills in 2019. We sure did.
The classic fire truck near the Log Flume was pretty neat
The petting zoo moved to a new home this season - the arbor tunnel near Mr. Freeze
While the new location gets a lot more foot traffic, there is not room for camel rides this year
The alpacas are the stars of the show this year.
Near Super Girl, they have added a bunch of new gingerbread themed decorations and they look amazing
Time to check out the lights
The area near the Log Flume and American Thunder is called Americana Christmas
The front of the park is called Christmas Courtyard
The area by Batman is called Tinsel Town
The middle of the park is called Celebration of Six Flags
Near the Mine Train is Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas
That area stretches up to Fireball, which is open this year for Holiday in the Park
The kiddie area is Candy Cane Forest
The area near Super Girl is Gingerbread Village
This is the start of the North Pole, which is over near Pandemonium
North Pole stretches past Miss Kitty's to that green building which was the new location of Santa's House (he's obviously gone back to the real North Pole since it's after Christmas)
Really like all of the lighted cut trees in this area
The area over by Mr. Freeze is called Winter Wonderland
The park looks very festive and it was nice to see so many rides open for this festival.
