Busch Gardens Williamsburg

Welcome to Busch Gardens Williamsburg.

Hello, England.

We're starting the day off with Nessie.

Those interlocking loops are just awesome.

This is the start of the very long helix tunnel that's in the middle of the ride.

Heading up the lift to the second part of the ride.

This Arrow looping coaster is just perfect.

Heading into Ireland.

Cork Screw Hill is the ride in this area.  It really needs something else in here.

On our way to our next destination, we pass Le Scoot.

Here it is - Alpengeist.

Everyone strapped in?  All right, let's go.

This B&M inverted is tall and intense.

By far the best inverted out there.

So much fun.

I love this park.

Festahaus for lunch again.

I like how the band is perched above the stage.

I love this show.  Fun times.

The new ride at the park is the Curse of DarKastle.

This is a 4D ride that reminds me a lot of Spider-man at Islands of Adventure.

The best coaster in the park is The Big Bad Wolf.

This Arrow built Suspended Coaster has the best night rides.

Heading into Italy.

Escape from Pompeii is one of the best Shoot 'd Chutes out there.

You will get wet on Roman Rapids.

The final coaster in the park is Apollo's Chariot.

This is a B&M built hypercoaster and my current favorite.

Nothing but speed and airtime.  A great combination.

We'll finish out the day in France.

France is home to the night-time show Imaginique.

The show reminds me a lot of Cirque du Soleil.

Even down to the outfits.

It's a good way to close out the day.
