RipCord Lake's fence has a new sign promoting WinterFest
The Lake itself has received a new concrete foundation - something that it has needed for quite awhile.
Some are speculating that this is where the ice skating will take place this Winterfest.
Regardless if that does happen, this is a nice improvement for the park.
