Six Flags St. Louis - Park Update

The park is stating that the Carousel should reopen in June.  The horses are all done and they are waiting on the chariots to get finished

The lift hill track and stairs were replaced this off season on Screamin' Eagle

The Boss received a good amount of Titan Track this off season at the bottom of the first drop double down leading into the second hill and turn around.  This made this section much smoother.  Elsewhere a few smaller sections have been retracked.

The lift hill track, stairs and safety fencing were all replaced as well.

The funhouse portion of The Joker's queue is still not operational.  The attendants said they are hoping by Memorial Day

Huge news over by Batman, they have removed the old outdoor Fright Fest maze that was just rotting and had not been used in at least 5 seasons

This removal greatly increased the size of the walking pathway from Batman's exit

Peeking around the fence you can see that it is completely gone

On the other side where the entrance to the maze was located, it has also been reduced and a much smaller wall is blocking off the pathway

The Buccaneer received some fun flags for this season

This unused shop near Chop Six (had been a Sports memorabilia store once upon a time) got a fresh new look

The Empire Theater marquee says that Brad Ross Magic is returning for early summer and that a new Water Splash Parade will be here in late July

The park confirmed on social media that Tsunami Soaker will not operate this season

Finally, Minetrain received a new deck in the maintenance area
