We finally made it to Worlds of Fun for the first time this season.
The pathway to the park has been plussed this off-season with new signage
There are now signs for each of the lands that are represented in Worlds of Fun
Security also received an upgrade
Welcome to Worlds of Fun
Signage talking about the offerings at the park.
Make note that PJ Panda is used a lot and there's no mention of the Peanut characters. We have a feeling that Pandamonium will be making its return next season taking over Planet Snoopy
The park is hoping to take advantage of FIFA being in town this summer
There are lots of decorations that are soccer themed in Gateway Gardens
The largest being these soccer balls in the planters
They added the words East Asia to the gateway
Lots of new thematic details have been added to the buildings
This area has been enclosed completely on Rickshaw's
This stand now serves "dragon" legs
They removed one of the huts here and really opened up the view of Bamboozler
The bamboo by the restrooms was really cut back
New paint and repaired detailing on the Bamboozler station
RipCord appears to be slated for removal. Currently there are no wires on the towers
The station area is all closed up and very minimal signage
The Coke Freestyle stand received more thematic elements as well
Front Street Gardens looks amazing this season
This shop was renamed Udder Delights, a homage back to the original ice cream shop at the park
It now serves hand dipped ice cream along with the shakes it had been serving
Timber Wolf has opened for the season. After a rocky 2025 season where it was uncertain on if it would ever run again, it opened for the season this weekend
A new chandelier in the entry way
Wolf Lake is still drained
This off season, Timber Wolf received precut replacement track from Gravity Group
The replaced section is the run back to the station which you can see here
In other news, the original exit is being used again
Which means you exit into Bicentennial Square again
Speaking of Bicentennial Square, it has reopened
The store windows have been updated to fit the theme
It is a really nice quiet area that you can just relax in
This is the London Terror haunted maze for those who are confused where this is located in the park
Cyclone Sam's has opened for the season with the original safety video in the queue and restored effects on the actual ride (fog, strobes and more)
They added this covering on the end of Detonator Games. Not sure what it is for
Mustang Runner received a new paint job this off-season. Looks much better
Detonator received new banners with the updated logo
They added to the camp scene by Mustang Runner
You can go into the new funeral parlor in the Wild West section
They have a casket on display and more
The General Store has been renamed to Cyclone Sadie's Saloon - homage to the original fun house that used to be here
Gold Rush has reopened
It is serving pizza again
Prospector's is no longer a Chipotle style restaurant
The new menu is chicken sandwiches
Autobahn's entrance received a clock
Looks likes they plan to reopen this quick-service restaurant
New fountain in front of Le Taxi Tour
The Haunt store is still there
The new season at Moulin Rouge has not started yet
The floral clock is working, but no flowers yet
Auntie Anne's is not open yet for the season
New jeep at Zambezi Zinger
Fury of the Nile is receiving some much needed upgrades
Mamba now has a green train
The green train also has new nose art.
In other news, they are bringing the train to an almost complete stop at the MCBR now
Squawk! has returned for another season
The queue TVs are all showing that the park is under new management
Prowler received more Titan track this offseason
The area that was redone is here in the final turn back into the final brakes
The backside of the security station has this goodbye.
The park looks good, but is still having issues with operations. Lots of rides and stands still closed. Most coasters running only one train causing long lines. Hopefully Enchanted Parks can turn this place around
