BBQ BRISKET KETTLE CHIPS
Chester's Kettle Chips
Thoughts: This a great combination. They start with a bed of kettle chips, then add baked beans, shredded brisket, coleslaw and topped with BBQ sauce. The mixture of flavors works great and the kettle chips (by design) do not get soggy.

BBQ FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH
Corn Dogs & Tenders
Thoughts: So this was basically 2 chicken tenders on a bun with BBQ sauce and some fries. While it tasted good and might be good for the picky eaters, there are better options to choose from

Thoughts: This features a bed of tater tots, then baked beans, mac-n-cheese, shredded brisket, topped with BBQ sauce. The only complaint is that this combo results in soggy tater tots and some people are not big fans of that

SMOKED PULLED PORK SANDWICH

Thoughts: This is a fail proof menu selection. Smoked pulled pork topped with coleslaw and fried onion straws. Honestly I could have ate several more. So good

PEACH COBBLER BREAD PUDDING

Thoughts: There are not many quality deserts on the menu this year, but this is definitely one to get. The combination of peach cobbler with bread pudding is heavenly.

Traveler's Stop
Thoughts: This was probably our favorite of the day. Texas style toast, quality cheese and some huge slabs of brisket with BBQ sauce. This could be offered year round and we would be all over it.

Thoughts: Don't let the size fool you. This slider is actually very filling. We didn't notice too much of the pineapple flavoring but definitely could taste the pepper. It was tasty

Thoughts: If you have a picky eater this works great, While the BBQ Tater Dog is what is on the menu and card, they'll let you do it however your want.
