Welcome to the 2nd Annual Mardi Gras Festival at Six Flags St. Louis
The main entrance courtyard is extremely festive
I really like the decorations on the lamp lights.
The special festival food is set up in tents in front of the Palace Theatre.
Karacter Kraze Dance Party features Looney Tune characters in their festive Mardi Gras costumes.
There is also a Jazz Band that performs in the Palace Gardens periodically during the day.
The main event is the Mardi Gras Parade that takes place Wednesdays-Sundays at 7pm. The next series of photos are the sights from this very well done parade.
That concludes the parade. Mardi Gras Festival runs weekly Wednesday - Sunday through July 22nd at Six Flags St. Louis. It is a lot of fun and the specialty food selections are very yummy.
