The fences are down and it appears that the outsides of the new building are completed. The portion closest to Hill Street now features a nice nod to the former Big Jack's Sandwich Shop. Keep in mind it is only a facade (a very detailed one) and not a functional store.
The other portion of the building has not had any major identification signs added yet.
Zooming out you can see the new pavement and how the buildings blend nicely into their surroundings.
Here is the view of the area from near Grandfather's Mansion. I personally think that it looks very nice and honestly you cannot tell that anything else used to be there.
